How We Work
While most projects don't follow a linear production plan, here are some of the main steps needed to bring a project to completion.
BRAINSTORM & DESIGN
While collaborating with a client, our design team identifies all crucial project requirements and comes up with a design approved both by our client and our permit team to ensure that all local zoning requirements are met.
PERMITS & FABRICATION
Our permit team gathers all required paperwork from the property owner, architect/engineer, and client to prepare & file for the permit. Once approved, the fabrication team creates and constructs the sign(s) and/or awning(s) in-house.
INSTALL & MAINTAIN
Finally, the signs(s) and/or awning(s) are installed by our team of expert technicians on-site, under the supervision of a licensed sign hanger to adhere to all local, regional & federal laws and safety regulations.
